The baking tradition of the Plentz family dates back to 1877 and is now in its 5th generation. The team is happy to indulge customers with a wide range of bread, rolls and cakes made according to traditional family recipes. True to the motto “freshly baked ideas...”, there are always new products available - presented at International Green Week in Berlin, for example.

Customers are also welcome at numerous campaigns and events – such as the Strawberry Festival or the Roast Goose Day. Travel groups on their way through Ruppiner Seenland Lake District will enjoy a stopover for breakfast or coffee.
