Meeting a high quality standard means much to kitchen chef Dirk Lorenz who has been preparing culinary specialties for quite some time at this very personally and family-led wellness hotel. The menu alternates every four weeks and is rich in fresh regional products based on what nature has to offer during the respective season: in spring there are, of course, asparagus, “Maibock” lager, plaice, plenty of fresh vegetables, as well as grilled and smoked specialties; in fall dishes with deer, wild mushrooms and hearty delights dominate - all guaranteed to be relished by the guests. The very pleasant restaurant service staff like to recommend the right kind of wine from its international selection.
