Lake Großer Zechliner See is one of the clearest waters in the Rheinsberg lake district. It forms part of the federal waterway – from here you can get to the River Havel, Lake Müritz and the River Elbe by water. Two thirds of this idyllic circular walk runs directly along the shore. Two bathing areas provide the perfect opportunity for a cool dip on a hot day.
