The flat is designed for max. 3 persons. W-LAN is available. On the ground floor there is a modern equipped kitchen, the dining area with TV and the bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms: 1 single room (bed 200x90cm), 1 double room (bed 200x140cm).
In front of the holiday flat there is a west-facing terrace with seating furniture and barbecue. The lake terrace may be shared - by arrangement and on your own responsibility also the rowing boat. Use by children and non-swimmers is not permitted! Fishing permission must be obtained from the fisherman.
Directly in front of the property is a cycle path and the well-developed circular path around the Schwantener Meer.
The nearest shopping centre is 2.5 km away in Vehlefanz. Vehlefanz is a small community in the Oberkrämer area, lies on the Schwantener Meer, has a railway station an is located near the motorway.
The car parking space is less than 10 metres from the holiday flat. The electric charging station can also be used (is not free of charge). Charging cars via a normal socket is prohibited!
