Lake Kalksee is an inland body of water in the district of Ostprignitz-Ruppin in the north west of the State of Brandenburg. Lake Kalksee is 1.4 kilometres long and about 700 metres wide covering a surface area of 55 hectares. The lake has no tributaries; it is drained into Lake Tornowsee by the River Binenbach to the south west.

The lake is part of the Ruppiner Switzerland nature conservation area and and the Ruppin Lake District, which also includes Lake Kalksee, Lake Tornowsee, Lake Zermützelsee, Lake Tetzensee, Lake Molchowsee and the River Rhin. The chain of lakes stretches for 40 kilometres southward to the upper part of Rhinluch Fen.
