Clients can restore, maintain and enhance their health and balance with yoga, meditation and breathing courses in the studio as well as relaxing Ayurvedic treatments in the basement of the villa.

In the Ayurvedic area there are different treatment and relaxation rooms, which are comfortably and lovingly furnished. All Ayurvedic treatments are performed according to traditional teaching by experienced Ayurveda therapist Isuru Samarasinghe Dewamuni from Sri Lanka. Only original Ayurvedic herbs and herbal oils from Sri Lanka are used.
